Payment is due at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms in addition to ours.

5. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Custom, engraved, and permanent jewelry items are final sale. Other eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original, unworn condition with proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@adornyc.com to arrange a return.
